The UGA Student Technology Fee

The Learning Resource Center is committed to supporting professors, instructors and students in the teaching, learning and research of language and culture.

Operated and maintained by the Department of Romance Languages, the Center facilitates and supports the use of innovative, state-of-the-art software and web-based instructional materials and language learning systems for both teacher-conducted and self-access study.

Without Student Technology Fee funding the instructional lab shown here would not be possible. This lab is used by 500 students daily and helps supports the language learning needs of over 6400 UGA students each semester.

Technology Fee funding also supports instructional video delivery on demand, allowing students to view movies and other video at their convenience on their personal computers.
