The UGA Student Technology Fee

Since its Fall 2000 inception, the Student Technology Fee has provided students with computing equipment in the Student Learning Center, improvements to WebCT, expansion of the PAWS (UGA’s wireless network),  and Internet support to students living on campus. While these services and systems are provided campus-wide, all schools and colleges receive a portion of the Student Technology fee based on the number of students within the school or college. These funds are used to address specific technology needs of the respective school or college.

This sticker identifies equipment and technology supported by the Student Technology Fee. Downloadable versions are available here for use on UGA Web pages identifying projects supported by the fee. Actual stickers for equipment are available by filling out the form located here.

Student Technology Fees help fund a variety of facilities and services across campus.
